  • Unlimited Broadcasts: Broadcast and distribute all covered productions an unlimited number of times across authorized platforms.
  • Worldwide Distribution: Distribute and broadcast all covered productions worldwide.
  • Commercial Usage: Use the font in commercial or non-commercial audiovisual productions within the licensed scope.
  • On-Screen Typography: Use the font for opening titles, closing credits, subtitles, captions, lower thirds, title cards, and other on-screen text within the covered productions.
  • Motion Graphics: Use the font in animated text, transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics created for the covered productions.
  • Production Branding: Use the font for titles, logos, and wordmarks associated with the licensed project, including their on-screen presentation and promotional artwork.
  • Promotional Materials: Use the font in trailers, teasers, posters, banners, advertisements, social media content, and other promotional materials directly related to the covered productions.
  • Multiple Media Formats: Release and distribute the covered productions through television, cinema, streaming services, online video platforms, and other authorized media formats.

  • Related Website Usage: Use the font in website graphics, promotional banners, campaign visuals, landing pages, and other website content directly related to the licensed project.
  • 1 Website/Domain: Use the font on one official website or domain dedicated to or directly related to the licensed project.
  • Webfont Embedding: Embed the font on the licensed website using CSS @font-face.
  • Unlimited Monthly Page Views: Receive unlimited monthly page views for the licensed website.
  • Webfont Formats: Use the supplied WOFF and WOFF2 font formats for website embedding, where provided.
  • Unlimited Distribution: Distribute the covered productions through authorized broadcasters, streaming platforms, cinemas, distributors, and other media channels without limits on audience size or distribution frequency.
  • Perpetual Usage: Continue using the font in the covered productions and their authorized distribution, promotional materials, and licensed website for an unlimited period, subject to these license terms.

  • Use in Unrelated Productions: Use the font in productions, campaigns, or projects unrelated to the licensed project.

  • Redistribute Font Files: Sell, share, sublicense, or distribute the original font files separately from the covered productions or licensed website.
  • Provide Font Downloads: Make the original font files available for viewers, customers, or third parties to download or extract as standalone font files.
  • Use on Servers: Use the font for server-side rendering, automated content generation, or other server-based services without a separate Server License.

  • Offer Unauthorized Font Hosting: Provide the font as a public font-hosting service or allow unrelated third parties to use the font through your infrastructure as a standalone font resource.
  • Resell the License: Resell, sublicense, or transfer the license independently of the licensed organization without written authorization.
  • Use Outside the Licensed Organization: Allow unrelated companies or independent third parties to use the font under this license unless they are expressly included in the licensing agreement.
  • Modify or Convert: Modify, convert, or create derivative font files without written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Claim Ownership of the Font: Claim ownership of the original font software or its underlying intellectual property.
  • Use Unlicensed Font Versions: Assume that future font releases, additional font families, or separately sold products are included unless expressly stated in the licensing agreement.

IMPORTANT: This license covers worldwide use of the specified font family or font families by the licensed organization across its authorized business activities, including branding, websites, digital publishing, advertising, broadcast, applications, games, and server-side usage. It includes unlimited authorized users, installations, projects, websites, page views, and commercial end products within the agreed scope. The licensed organization, included entities, font families, and any applicable exclusions must be identified in the licensing agreement. This license does not automatically include unrelated third-party organizations or separately released font families unless expressly included.
